We make every effort to display product information, images, and pricing accurately, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information errors, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel any order affected by such an error. If we cancel an order for this reason, you will receive a full refund for that order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or errors in product or pricing information. If your order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded in full.
Placing an order does not guarantee product availability. In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and issue a refund for that item.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by product and destination and are estimates only, not guarantees. Some products ship directly from third-party fulfillment partners rather than from us directly; you'll always see AOG Off Grid as the seller on your order regardless of how it ships.
Risk of loss and title for products you purchase pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we'll make it right through our returns process. Because some products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers, the exact return process and timeline can vary slightly by product — we'll walk you through the specific steps for your order.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
